Bill Parker, J.D., M.S.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor 

Through Experience Matters Counseling, Bill Parker provides private, virtual and in-person counseling for adults, adolescents and couples in Palm Beach, Martin and Saint Lucie Counties in Florida.​ 

Bill has more than 2,500 hours of clinical training and experience in overcoming traumatic experiences and employs a wide range of evidenced-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR. 

He holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and is a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. 

Bill is a father of four who practiced law for 20 years and ran operations at a sea turtle rescue center before following his true calling to mental health. After spending several years working at a psychiatric hospital, he now avoids offices, loves the outdoors, and has helped numerous adults and adolescents overcome mental illness, anxiety, depression, addiction, harmful relationship patterns and more.
